I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for over a decade in outpatient and in hospital settings. I address ADHD, Adjustment Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, family/relationship issues, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) and other challenges. My experience applies to individuals, couples, and families varying in age, disability, and life issues. I am passionate about what I do. It is an honor to be able to utilize my skills, gifts and training while helping others become healthier and better equipped for handling life's challenges. My clients appreciate my direct, but compassionate approach. I meet them where they are, but also push them toward growth they may not realize they can achieve.
